Crisp with great acidity. Slightly off-dry Chardonnay with crowd appeal and an accompaniment to spicy Asian Cuisine. Apple, citrus and oak spice dominate the nose. Inside it’s a softer style in the mouth with a touch of sweetness which brings forward flavors of Granny Smith apple, pear, and lemon zest. Finishes rich and clean.

2007 Sarah Syrah

Big, lush and chewy. This monster Syrah opens with a nose of Lapin cherry, and smoky American oak. With flavors of plum, black currant and notes of vanilla. Very fine grained tannins and a finely balanced acidity make this a great wine for steaks or spicy pasta dishes.
